Residence

Living in residence makes the transition to being on your own easy, convenient and fun. Seneca residences at the Newnham and King campuses are composed of suite-style units with two private bedrooms, a bathroom and an ensuite kitchenette. Each bedroom has a double bed, desk, chair, closet and dresser, as well as cable TV, Internet access and a phone line. Students also have access to group study lounges, a common kitchen, laundry rooms, and social lounges for games, movies and other social activities. Residence buildings include a front desk, 24-hour video security, and controlled swipe card access.
